It was during this time, along with long summers spent in Naples where he would observe his family members harvest their olive oil and produce their salami, that he learned his trade.
Once he was deemed ready, Luca was given a chance in his father’s kitchen. And he has not turned back.
He exceeded all expectations, soon finding out, along with his proud family, that he had natural talent and flare for cooking. Together with his acumen for business, it was not long before Luca went out on his own. To the great fortune of Kentish towners, Luca has since established a little slice of Italy in the local Kentish Town area.
