Bresaola is air-dried, salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color.
Intense flavour, revealing pepper & nutmeg, Bresaola IGP is produced in Valtellina by Rigamonti, which has been producing quality meat cuts since 1913.
