Veined blue cheese, originally from Italy, made from unskimmed cow's milk. The more aged kind is Gorgonzola Piccante, firm and with a stronger taste.
Produced by Igor, leading company in the production of Gorgonzola PDO in a small village in the hills of the Novara area.
